FREDERICK JOHNSONS IMPORTED HORSES. New York. December 7. — Frederick Johnson will send to the races next year a strong string of foreign-bred two-year-olds selected abroad by as good a judge as Charles Patterson, the man who developed Ornament and many another good horse. Those that have been engaged in eastern stakes thus far are: All Star. ch. c. by Snnstar — Falling Star. Bachelors Hope. ch. c, by Tredennis— Lady town. Greek Legend, b. c, by Iolymelus — Evadne. Omar Khayyam, ch. c. by Marco— Lisnia. Pleasant Dreams, ch. f. by Trap Rock— Privateer. Royal Writ. ch. c, by Roi Ilen.de — Alphabet Spear Lance, b. c. by Spearmint — Snoot. Words o Wisdom, b. c, by Cicero — Gelionette. Bay colt by Santry — Lilydale. Chestnut colt by Roquelaiire — Prude. W. R. Cue, who has raced heretofore under the name of the Shoshone Stable, but who will use his own name in MM, is one of the extensive importers who has brought over horses purely for sport and breeding purposes. He has eight that have been nominated for every race of importance for which tliey are eligible. They include Jack Mount, a bay colt by Amadis — Catana. and the following seven for which names have not vet been registered: Bay colt by Royal Realm— Red Hearts Pride, bay colt by Lemlierg -Roman Matron, chestnut colt by Cicero — Imbrosa. chestnut colt by Aquascutum — Adalia. chestnut colt by Iolymelus — Pacquita. chestnut filly by Fairiman -Zeiff and black filly by White Eagle -Imperatrix.
