DENY INTEREST IN THE NEW TRACK. Toronto, unt.. January 14. — With regard to the report that he was interested in the proposed new track at Windsor, Charles Miliar said today that there was n t the slightest foundation for it. "I am iiil interested with Mr. Drown or anyone else in I new track at Windsor, and I am not Interested. heavily or otherwise, in Havana — not to the extent of five cents." A M. Orpen denied any connection with Ibe proposal and declared that he knew H. D. Drown was not Interested either. The -.nly foundation for it that lie cpiild sec might be the fact that the ltohil .i k-Hephuru combination made an effort to have A. Iff. Orucus Metropolitan Association meeting at Diifleiiu Dark transferred to Windsor, but nothing has been done in the matter. No land for the scheme had been bought, that he knew of. The re| ort i- regarded hero as an echo of the failure of the Rohrbaek-Hepbarn syndicate to find ■ location for the charter they bought and. on account of the oselessness of which, they are Bow threatening i i -re the vendor*.
