MORE MUD AT JUAREZ TRACK. El Paso, Texas. January 22.— The Juarez track was still heavy and mud runners had another inning. The principal race of the day, a three-quarters selling handicap, went to that good mud runner Billy Joe. Lukemae. the favorite of the race, propped when the barrier arose and made up much ground after getting away lengths behind the rest oT the Held. Jockey T. Henrys apprenticeship expired yesterday. C.
