. NO MARYLAND RACING LEGISLATION. Hall Bill So Low On the Senate Calendar as to Eave Smr.ll Chance. Annapolis. Md.. April 3.— The Hall anti-l etting bill hud not been reached in the senate up to a late hour this afternoon and it is under such a pile of bills that it seems impossible to get it out in the few remaining hours of the session. Friends of the truck claim that it could not pass if it was reached. The legislature will adjourn sine die tonight and tin* indications are that there will be absolutely no racing legislation.
