H. Iiowe, who has charge of the Jockey Clubs Registration Bureau. Mr. Kowe intimates that there are many more to come, as well as others already here that have not yet been registered. William Chapman and William Hayes, two well-known racing men. stopped otf here on their way from New Orleans to Bowie. They had nothing but praise for the New Orleans meeting. "Just like spending three months at Sheepshead Bay," was the Chapman comparison.
