GORDON AND PAGE PETITIONS DISMISSED. New Orleans. I„i.. April 3. — Ou the ground that neither petition shows any cause for the action. Judge Skinner in the Civil District court today dismissed the petitions of Miss Jean Gordon and A. F. Puge for ■ receivership for the Business Mens Racing Association. Miss Gordons principal ground for complaint was that the association was organized to conduct a business contrary to law am! good morals. Page, for two years assistant secn-t.iry of the association, urged t hat the board of direct. u-s hud mi-managed its affairs and had voted them selves c— pea nation, etc. Judge Skinner aj s he found no evidence of mismanagement. On the contrary, he found the financial uffi-ir» of the association iu excellent condition.
