W#. H. RAKERS HORSES IN TRAINING. The raring string of W. H. Baker now consists of twenty-one horses, as he has recently turned out four of the members of this aggregation, namely. Tom Anderson. Plunger. Boji and Crooked Legs, which have been sent to the farm of Lon Jones. The older horses in the Baker stable are Sleeth. Saniiul Ii. Meyer. Ros;-oe Goose. Amazon, Transit. Sugar King and Jerry, and all the other members ar. two-year-olds. These are: Judge Young, blk. c, by Marta Santa — Miss Present. Walter H. Iearce. b. c. by Sain — Loyal Vista. Mary Belle, blk. f. by Ballot— Wing Ting. Ed Alrey. eh- o. by Jack Atkin— Chablis. Green Jones, b. c. by Handsel — Floreal. Knebelkamp, oh. c. by Marathon — Animosity. Tom Mason, blk. c. by Star Shoot — Miss Canale. Fegerio. ch. c. by Marathon — Grace Commoner. Ella Kyan. b. f. by Ogden — La Verna. Bob Dundon. blk. c. by Bourbon Beau — Ada Dunn. Square Dealer, ch. c. by Marathon — Senoru Marie. Fan G.. b. f. by Cunard — Nannie Ogle. Hot Toddy, ch. c. by Toddington— Idle Day. Shinstone. ch. c. by Handsel — Miss Eddie. Of these youngsters, those which are reported to have so far shown the l«st in their training of the colts are Judge Young. Walter H. Iearce. Ed Alvey. Green Jones, Knebelkamp and Tom Mason, while Mary Belle is the pick of the fillies. Boscoe Goose, who won the Kentucky Derby in 1913 on Donerail, will do the riding for this stable and will be able to ride as light this year as 107 pounds.
