Won easily; second and third driving. PHILIPPIC raced forwardly on the outside of the leaders from the start and drew away with a rush in the final eighth to win in a canter. RALLY Riced behind the leader next to the rail for the entire way and, saving much ground when entering the homestretch, made a game effort, but finally tired.
