GLINT CAN WIN AT HIL1CREST. 1 Toronto, Out.. August 14. Glint scored his first victorv in a long time when he won the fifth race with ease at Hillcrest Park today. Jockey Deav-enport, who had the mount, also piloted Single home first in the sixth race. Seven of the eight winners led from start to finish and had something to snare at the end. Single was tlie exception. He just lasted to beat Edmond Adams by a half length. The entries of Blue Wing and Gallant Boy will be refused in future. Both bled during the running of their races today and the latter plunged through the fence into the infield in front of the stand. Jockey Lee Jackson escaped with slight injuries to his shoulder. 0. Farr arrived from Fort Erie last night with the horses he has been training and racing on the Canadian mile tracks.
