BILLY JOE saved much ground on the turns and ran well. BUSY ALICE had no mishaps. MARGARET N. set a fast pace, but tired after rounding into the stretch. The winner was entered for 500; no bid. INJURY began slowly, but gamed fast after rounding into he stretch and was going fastest at the end. RAPIDS raced gamely, but tired after reaching the stretch. LOUISE STONE set a fast pace, but quit in the last quarter.
