When, in the mutuels, a field horse Avins or runs to a place, all other field horses in the race win accordingly. W. M. S., Chatham, Out. A parlay is a continuing accumulative wager on two or more horses. After it is made it may be reduced by scratching, even until only one horse remains, In which case the matter would be decided by the running of that horse. This is well settled practice.
