DEVONSHIRE PARK RACING ASSURED. Detroit, Mich., September 20. Devonshire Park, the huge new racing course constructed by the Western Racing Association, Limited, at Windsor, Out., will open on Saturday of this week as advertised. The plant is ready and superior in every detail. The license to conduct racing September 30 to October 7, has been issued by the government. This notice is published because of rumors circulated among horsemen and patrons that a license to race has been withheld. M. NATIIANSON.
