RICH STAKE RACES FOR NEW ORLEANS. New Orleans, La., October 21. The directors of the New Orleans Business Mens Racing Association, after a conference with Joseph A. Murphy, racing wnunger and presiding judge, today decided to increase the stake races to fifteen for the coming meeting and to add from ,000 to ,000 for each of these races. This, it is believed, will attract all the cracU horses that have raced on the Northern tracks.
