SHILLING AGAIN DENIED A LICENSE. New York, November 4. At a meeting of the stewards of the Jockey Club there were present August Belmont. F. K. Sturgis, II. K. Knapp. F. R. Hitchcock, Schuyler L. Parsons and John San-ford. The application of C. II. Shilling for a jockeys license was denied. The application of Fred Schelke for a trainers license was denied. The application of jockey John Wilson for reinstatement was denied. Many jockeys and trainers licenses were granted, as reccommended by the License Committee.
