NEW MUTUEL PAVILION AT WOODBINE. Work has already been commenced on the new mutuel pavilion at Woodbine Park. The new structure will be commodious and convenient and will be ready for the spring meeting of the Ontario Jockey Club. It is proposed to follow out some of the ideas embodied in other plants of the kind on Canadian Racing Associations tracks and to include other improvements which the exigencies of the past season have shown to be advisable. Careful attention has been paid to the design of the new building, witli an eye to comfort of race-goers. The congestion which has hitherto been an unpleasant feature, will be altogether relieved by the erection of the new pavilion.
