THIRTY LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS. Jockey James Butwell made the most substantial addition to his winning mounts of any of our riders last week, but is lower down in the list of thirty than he has been in a number of years past. F. Robinson guided five winners and now has the good lead of fourteen more races won than J. McTaggart. The latter is riding well, but with a scanty measure of success. The stars of Kentucky racing. Murphy, Goose and Connelly, have probably retired for the year and all have quite enviable records, even if they ride no more until next year. Up to and including the racing of last Saturday, the records of the thiry most successful of our jockeys stood as follows. Jockey. Mts. 1st. 2d. 3d. Unp. P.C.L.W.
