TWO STRAIGHT FOR IDA CUMMINGS. Tijuana, Mex., November 28. Ida Cummings today ran right back to her last race and nosed out Prince S. in the feature contest of the afternoon. Custom House set the early pace, but tired badly under his heavy impost and fell out of the money. Prince S. ran a surprisingly good race. The mare Olive D. was claimed out of the third race by O. L. Foster. .Oriniar Lad won this race after showing a return to his old form. The stewards have handed down another series of fines. Jockeys II. Shilling, W. Lllley aid 0. .Tones were each fined 5 for rough riding. Owner Claude AVilliams was fined 0 for language detrimental to racing. Ike Hackleberg of New York was an arrival here today. Sixteen books were in operatlou.
