A. X. MACOMBERS LIBERAL NOMINATIONS. New York, November 28. Saratoga entries for two-year-old stakes to be run next year are rolling in to Secretary A. McL. Earlocker. Today was closing day, and the list promises to exceed all other years in point o numbers and quality. An idea, of the interest in these stakes can be gleaned from the fact that A. K. Macomber has nominated fifteen ! i t i t 2 1 in the Hopeful worth 25,000. eighteen each in the United States Hotel and Grand Union Hotel Stakes; nine in the Spinaway for fillies, and lias taken five subscriptions for the Grab Bag Handicap. Mr. W I. Uiggs, secretary of the Maryland Jockey Club, was in town today. He had nothing to say regarding his letter to Mr. Uelmont or the reply of the letter on the subject of stake races at Pimlico.
