SIONORETTE closed a gap and finished fastest of all. TKEOWEN raced into the lead on the last turn, but tired after being bumped. ELLA 15. tired badly in the stretch drive. The others were beaten oft. LOUISE PAUL regained her speed suddenly and, after following the pacemaker closely to the last eighth, challenged for the lead and won drawing clear. LADY SPIRITUELLE began slowly, but made up ground and finished fast and gamely. PLUME raced on the outside and, in a fast finish, nosed TROUT FLY out in the last stride. The latter raced well and finished gamely. YALLAHA set a good pace to The last eighth and tried, but finished close up. ROY quit after racing well for three-quarters. BLACKTHORN set a good pace gamely, but tired in the last eighth. ADA ANNE made up ground and finished fast. QUARTERMASTER was away poorly and tired after racing into forward contention.
