ORIENTAL PARK AGAIN CROWDED. Excellent Racing Provided — Jockey McEwen Rides Four Winners — Many Tourists Present. Havana. Cuba. January 7. — A crowd that taxed the capacity of the immense grandstand at Oriental Park witnessed the races here this afternoon. It was an ideal day for the sport. Many tourists were among those present, till the boxes were filled anil more than six hundred automobiles were parked in the rear enclosure. E. R. Thomas and a party of friends occupied a box. Speculation was keen and. as a majority of the races were won by favorites, the public fared well. Liberator scored his fourth victory of the meeting, when he beat a band of good sprinters in the fourth race. He made most of the pace and ran the three-quarters in 1:12—. Jot key McEwen rode four winners. Jockey Ambrose, who had the mount on Lola whin she fell, was shaken up and cancelled his other engagements. Dan Lyons was an arrival from Baltimore and immediately cut in with bookmaker Billy Smith.
