CANADIAN THOROUGHBRED SOCIETY. Toraato, Oat., February 7. — At the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society annual meeting Monday the vice president, J. J. Dixon, presided. The secretarys report shewed 11-". registrations last year, as against 119 in 1915. the falling off being dm- ;„ limited asportations owing to the war. A new grant of 0 was made to the Edmonton Fair. The treasurers report showed a balance of .c»92.7l, as compared with sd.13s.si for 191.". Colonel William ilendrie was re-elected president. The other officers are: J. J. Dixon. Toronto, vice-president; A. E. Dynient. Toronto, second vice-president; T. J. Macabe. Toronto, secretary treasurer. Directors: Joseph E. Seagram. Waterloo; Colin Campbell, Montreal: Li-ut-Col. D. MeCrae, Ouclph: B. W. Davie. Toronto; T. A. Crow, Toronto, and M. B. Carlin, Victoria.
