OVER 200 HORSES AT CHARLESTON. Charleston. S. C. March 19.— The Palmetto Park here at 7 oclock in the morning looks like Belmont Park in miil-summi r. There are nearly 200 horses in training here in the strings of Jeff Livingston. John Sanford, A. K. Macoinber. E. R. Bradley and Grant Hugh Browne. Walter Jennings is training a brother to Star Hawk, which Mr. Macomher he* named Spirit of France. Some of tiie two-year-elds already named in the Mac ember string are Spirit of France. War Machine. War Cloud. Myrtle Bah-. Track Sand. Orleans. William S. Calhertaoa, Illuminator. Motor Cap. Naiosia. Choir Master, Powder Pulf and Lip Stick. QcargC Whitney Langeloii has been a visitor here looking for something to buy, but so far has not made a purchase.
