GENERAL NEWS NOTES OF THE DAY. Officers of the Marine Corps have asked authority from Washington to have cards printed to 1m* issued to rejected applicants for enlistment. If approved, the cards will show that the applicants have proved their desire to serve their country and were barred only by physical disability.
