The State Senate today passed a House bill fixing I license tax. of *8 a day for race meetings at Kentucky tracks withia twenty miles of cities of 266,666 and 66 a day for all others except those at state and county fairs. An amendment, yet to be acted upon by the house. applies the license tax only to those tracks under the jui isdi. tion of the Kentucky State Pacing Coal mission.
