MONTREAL JOCKEY CLUB STAKES. Montreal, Que., April 30. — The Montreal Jockey Club has sent out entry blanks for the stakes to be run at the Blue Bonnets race course at Montreal, from Thursday, June 7, to Thursday, June 14. inclusive of seven racing days. The special races for which entries will close on May 7 are the Kindergarten Stakes, the Windsor Hotel Cup. the Jacques Cartier Stakes, the Connaught Cup and the Prince of Wales Steeplechase. The Kindergarten is for two-year-olds, at five-eighths of a mile, with ,500 in added money to attract. The Windsor Hotel Cup is for three-year-olds and over, at a mile and an eighth, and also has ,500 added money. The Jacques Cartier Stakes, with ,500 added, also is for three year-olds and over, at a mile. while the Conn aught Cup. with the same conditions, is over the mile and a quarter. There is also ,500 added to the Prince of Wales Steeplechase, which is for four-year-olds and over, at about two miles. The overnight races will have $«00 purses and over added by the club, and there will be a steeplechase race on each days curd.
