SAM McMEEKIN showed excellent speed in pacemaking. but tired and swerved out la the stretch. PRESTON LYNX linished gani-ly and easily disposed of RROOMSEDGE. TOP O TIF MORNING showed excellent speed under his big weight and made the pace fast, but tired badly in the last sixteenth. RHINE MAIDEN gradually improved her position and finished gamely. GILLIES raced well. THE DECISION raced next to the rail in the deepest going throughout. NEVILLE II. was back of the others when the start cam., aad displayed excellent speed. ULTIMA THLLE was in a Jam at the start, but passed FLAY TOY at the quarter post and finished eased up. PLAY TOY ran a fairly good race. CADDIE and STARCRAFT were crowded at the start and ran green.
