PROMINENT AUSTRALIAN TURFMAN HERE. San Francisco, .lime 12. --Andrew Robertson, proprietor of the Allandale Stock Farm of Melbourne. Au-tralia. arrived hew today and leaves tomorrow for Chicago. He is on his way to England to purchase thoroughbreds to he shipped to Australia. Mr. Robertson makes a couple of trips every year for the same purpose. He reports that racing is flourishing in Australia. The clubs are devoting their profits to the war fund and the authorities are encouraging the s|x rt. Mr. Robertson expects to secure a number of jrearHnga in England. The last lot of ten that he took over proved successful in racing. That there will be difficulty in making the shipments he Kali* S.
