OFFICIALS FOR STATEN ISLAND MEETING. New York, July 14. There will be five races dally at the Fair and Summer Race Meeting of the Staten Island Agricultural Society at the Fair Grounds on the Borough of Richmond, beginning on August 1 and ending August !. The officials for the meeting will be Henry J. Morris and Charles AV. Bowring, stewards; C. Cor-nehlson and n. P. Conkliug, judges; AVilliam Snyder, starter; II. P. Conkliug, clerk of the scales; Charles Thomas, paddock judge, and L. A. Cas-sidy, racing secretary.
