Among the later numbers drawn yesterday at AVashington for the army, was that of Hal Price Headley, the young master of Beaumont and La Belle Farms, one of then most extensive farmers and stock breeders In Fayette county, the owner of a valuable stud of thoroughbred horses and one of the leading figures in tho Thoroughbred Horse Association, having been Its first president. Acting for A. L. Rogers of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, AAilliam AValker has recently purchased a half dozen yearlings from local breeders and has them in training at Louisville,
