A dollar in a place parlay July 19, on Seagram entry, Thompson entry and Sauford entry, would have won and called for a return of .45. J. C. B., Chicago, 111. A parlay on Between Us to win and Alhcna to show became a single wager on the first named, when Alhena was scratched, and payable at the limit of 20 to 1. O. E. H., New Orleans, La. Owing to the peculiar mutuel method at Blue Bonnets a parlay June 11 on Bayberry Candle and the Goodman entry to win and Lord Herbert a place, would have won.
