MACOMBER AND MADDEN BUY YEARLINGS. Saratoga, N. Y., August 11. Horsemen are elated todaj Over the wonderful prices realized at the sale of the Beaumont Stud yearlings, which were sold at auction last nlht. It shows the healthy condition of the sport and augurs well for the future. It is reported that it was in the interests of A. K. Macomber that the chestnut colt by Star Shoot The Lady in Blue, the bay colt by Star Shoot rMiss Kearney and the chestnut colt by Star Shoot Blue Grass, were purchased at last nights sale. It was also rumored -about this morning that the seven yearlings knocked down to the bid of J. J. Flannlgan were bought for John E. Madden, master of Hamburg Place.
