QjUEKN OF THE AVATER moved up rapidly while ronndiiig the last turn and made a game effort at the eighth post, hut could never get to the leader. A1EAVPOINT raced close up all the way, hut tired slightly in the last eighth. KILTS II. saved ground on the turns and finished gamely under punishment. HENDRIE began slowly, but closed a big gap and finished fast. SANDSTONE II. ran a good race. TOKCHBEARER pulled up slightly lame. CONDUIT closed si big gap after meeting with early interference.
