RACING AT JUAREZ IN FEBRUARY Opening Date Depends On Action at New Orleaiis Meeting to Bo Curtailed to Fifty Days. Saratoga, X. Y., August 24. While plans forthe Juarez track next winter are still in the making. Matt J. Winn, who is here at present, made it known this afternoon, that the next racing at the Mexican course would be with the mutuel betting exclusively. The racing term will also be curtailed to fifty days and the opening date will depend much on action at Xew Orleans. If the scheduled meetings there are put into effect, the Juarez opening will probably not take place until some time in February.
