; ; COMPLETE STATISTICS 0E THE SARATOGA RACING ASSOCIATIONS GREATEST MEETING l : : - Wonderful in many respects was the Saratoga meeting, which closed Thursday. Financially it was the greatest meeting ever staged at Americas popular racing center. The attendance excelled all previous records. Remarkable prices were, realized at the yearling sales, which also attracted many new and desirable converts to the sport. During the twenty-six days of racing the magniliceut total of .05,555 in stakes and purses was distributed among winning owners. The daily average distribution amounted to 0,252. Thirty-one richly endowed stake races were decided, the Hopeful Stakes, run on the last day of the meeting, being the-most valuable race of the year, the net value to the winner being 0,000. AV. S. Kilmer is the fortunate owner of Sun Briar, the brilliant stake victories of this young horse placing Mr. Kilmer at the head of the winning owners at Saratoga. G. AV. Loft is second on the list, because he is the owner, of Papp, another two-year-old of superior merit. It. T. Wilson, W. Vlau, T. C. McDowell anil A. K.
