SPRING RACE MEETING AT TULSA Tulsa. Okla, April 18. — The spring meeting at the Clareiuore race track, near Tulsa, will open April 20 and will close May 1. Five running races will lie staged each day. One-fourth of the proceeds of the gate receipts on one day will lie presented to the Red Cross Chapter of Clan-more and an equal amount on another day to the Rogers County Council of IKfense. A siiecial train will convey the crowds from Tulsa and hack each day. leaving this city about noon. C. R. Scoville will officiate as judge at the meeting and II. H. Morrison as secretary. C. D.
