« BRIEF RACING RECORD OF FRAG0NARD Walter House was deprived of a colt of more than ordinary merit when Fragonard was burnt to death in the fire which destroyed the stables at Bowie last week. As a two-year-old Fragonard started in twenty -five races, of which he won five, finished secoud three times and third five, his winnings amounting to ,776. While Fragonard was not in the first flight of the 1917 juveniles, he proved a useful and consistent racer and reports from Maryland say that he had developed into a slashing good-looking three-year-old.
