HORSEMEN HOLD ANNUAL MEETING Arthur B. Hancock Elected President to Succeed Charles H. Berryman — F. A. Forythe Resigns. Lexington. Ky.. April 2». — The Thoroughbred Horse Association held its annual meeting bete Saturday night. Hal Price Ileadley ami T. P. Hayes were unanimously n-cleeted directors, while Dr. James . The directors then elected Arthur D. Hancock, of Paris, to succeed Charl-s 11. Derryman as president, with Maj. Thomas C. McDowell aa vice president to succeed Hancock. Thomas ii. l«n.mwell was reelected secretary and treasurer. C. C. Foor, o" Petersburg. Va.. an owner of lie-Potomac Stable, was elected to momliership.
