LOUIS A. CELLA DIES IN ST. LOUIS St. Ixuis. Mo.. April 2U. — Lmis A. Cella. owner of Oaklawn Park at Hot Springs and heavily inter ested in the Latoiiia and Douglas Park tracks in Kentucky, died here today after an illness of several weeks. He was TM years old ami was rated as 0:1 • of the richest men in this city. Cella, in connection with Adler and Tilles, ov.i.e.l the Kinlock lark. Delmar and Fair Grounds tracks here, which wen- closed after the Breeders I.iU was repealed by the Missouri Legislature. Cella at oue time aiao owned a large stable of raeers.
