LOUIS A. CELLA DIES IN ST. LOUIS St. Ixuis. Mo.. April 2U. — Lmis A. Cella. owner of Oaklawn Park at Hot Springs and heavily inter ested in the Latoiiia and Douglas Park tracks in Kentucky, died here today after an illness of several weeks.
