Won easily; second and third driving. PETROVNA. regaining her speed suddenly, raced into the lead quickly and won all the way as her rider pleased. TOY MISS was taken back and saved in the early running, but gained steadily in the last quarter and was going fast at the end. CZARS DAUGHTER ran a good race and outstayed BCSY JOE. The latter began slowly and came fast after saving ground when coming into the stretch. LADY IVAN tired badly after running a good half. Overweights — Busy Joe, 1 pound; Czars Daughter. 1. LIBERATOR raced in closest pursuit throughout and held ou well in the limit drive. DANCER raced under hard restraint in the early running, but had to lie ridden hard at the end to outstay SANDSTONE II. The latter finished fast and gamely. HOLLISTER ran as if lie outclassed the otiiers and was saved under mild restraint for the lirst half, then raced into the lead and won hard held. CAPT. REES was running well up ou the last turn, when he was forced back and had to lose ground by coming wide, but finished fast and gamely after • losing a big gap. GIY FORTUNE ran a good race and finished fast and close up. BEAVERKILL ran much below his true form and quit in the stretch.
