ANTI-RACiNG LEGISLATION IS DEAD New Orleans. La.. Juno 10. Anti-racing legislation is dead for the present session of the Louisiana Leg lalatara, in the opinion of members of the Legislature, who are keeping track of the racing situation. Senator D. M. PiiH-s of Baat Feliciana, who introduced tin- dill drawn by Holurt II. Marr of New-Orleans, said last Thursday night that he had no intention of introducing another anti racing bill at this session. It was reported that another memb-r of the Legislature would introduce a bill more drastic than the 1iiH-s bill, but it was said Friday after-uwu a decision had beta reached hot to iutrJUuce it.
