BADGES FOR FAIR GROUNDS READY NEW ORLEANS La December 27 Racing sec ¬ retary Joseph McLcnnan of the Fair Grounds has 1 issued a request to horsemen trainers and jockeys j to file immediately all applications for badges to the Fair Grounds meeting and to trainers and horsemen to register with the Business Mens Racing Association the stables they will race raceBecause Because of the great number of thoroughbreds here there will be a heavy rush for registration blanks from now until January 1 and secretary McLennan has announced he will be receiving them at the Fair Grounds while Julius Reeder will ac ¬ cept registrations made at Jefferson Park
