DOG LESSON FROM SCOTLAND It is said that there are more dogs to the square mile in Scotland than in any other country in the world In sume families each member has his own particular pet Yet Scotland is a sheep growing country and where would you ever find a shepherd without a dog to help him herd to drive off inter ¬ lopers and for companionship Some legislators in this country though are forever demanding the scalp of the dog on the ground that he is ruinous to the sheep industry
