HOT- SPRINGS TO OPEN MARCH 15 HOT. SPRINGS,. Ark., February 12. Oaklawn Parks spring meeting of 1915, lb be operated Under : the auspices of the Business Mens League, will commence. Saturday, Mareli 15, according to the annouueement of a racing official here. The season will probably continue well -into April. Already several hundred thoroughbreds are on the grounds being put .through. light training, and Hot Springs, is looking forward to. one of the best racing riieetings it ever had. The "early start last winter found the opening days of the meeting being rim through bad weather, but -this year no such drawbacks are feared.
