RACING AT TULSA NEXT SUMMER TULSA, Okla., February 13. Horse racing, which has been under the ban since 1914, will be revived in Tulsa this year. The Tulsa County Free Fair Association is going to build a racing plant with one of the fastest half-mile tracks in the country, large grandstand and all other features of a modern track. Racing has been revived in towns around Tulsa, including Clureniore nnij .Sapulpa, which have good tracks. Sentiment concerning wports has undergone a radical change in Oklahoma since the war. It is certain the legislature will legalize boxing, and there is general sentiineut in favor of a revival of horse racing.
