EMPIRE CITY STAKES ARE ANNOUNCED Fifteen Fixtures Scheduled for Decision at July Mooting of Popular Yonkcrs Race Track. .NEW YORK. N. Y., February 13.-Stake blanks for the summer meeting of the Empire City Racing Association at the Empire City track have been distributed by racing secretary V. E. Schaumbiirg. Fifteen valuable fixtures have been provided for the meeting, which will probably be held during the last two weeks in July. Four of them the Empire City Handicap, tlie Empire City Derby, the Whirl Stakes and the East View Stakes- have a value of ,000, the two latter being for two-year-olds. The other stakes range in value from ,000 to ,000. All the stakes will close dn Saturday, March 1. Following is a list of events: FOR THREE -YEAR-OLDS ANDOVER.
