FAIR GROUNDS CLOSING ATTRACTIONS Martin Behrman Handicap at Two Miles Saturday Carnival Handicap on Tuesday. NEW ORLEANS, La.. February 25. The two big closing features of the Fair Grounds meeting are the Martin Behrman Handicap, to be run next Saturday, and the Carnival Handicap, scheduled for decision on the last day. Tuesday, March 4. The Martin llchrman Handicap is the only two-mile race carded here this winter, and all the best long-distance runners at the track are carded to start in it.
