1 PARI-MUTUEL BILL FOR MISSOURI JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., February 2S. A bill legalizing bettinr on horse racing in Missouri was introduced in the house today by Representatives OBrien of St. Louis and Porter of Lafayette County. The measure provides racing shall be regulated by a commission of three, to be named by the governor, and would permit pari-mutuel or co-operative pools.
