PAYMENT FOR KENTUCKY TRACKS MADE LEXINGTON. Ky February 28. Mrs. John Condon of Chicago and the representative of the Cella.Adler-Tilles syndicate of St. Louis today received a cheek for 50,000. the largest ever written in Kentucky, for the Latoniu and Douglas Park race tracks. The transaction today completes the deal whereby tiie Kentucky Jockey Club secured control of the four Kentucky race tracks Churchill Downs, .Lexington, Latoniu and Douglas Tark.
