. HAVANA STRIKE SETTLED RACE TODAY HAVANA. Cuba, March 12. After having tied up traffic for a full week by means of a general strike, the striking employes of the various transportation lines in and nliout Havana came to an agreement with their employers today aud traffic was resumed. But this did not occur until too late for the patrons of the Oriental Park race track to make the journey in time for the early races, and so the management decided to postpone the running of the program for another day. A new set of entries was subscribed to. and as the horses have had a rest of a week it is believed the sport will take on renewed vigor wh.cn thev face the starter tomorrow;
