REPORT MASDA BECK AND CALL CASES NEW YORK N Y July 26 The following re ¬ port was made to the stewards of the Empire City Racing Association by Dr R W McCully the New York veterinarian yesterday on the Masda and Beck and Call cases casesJuly July 26 1019 I have examined the chestnut mare Masda and found two wounds on the nigh fore ¬ leg undoubtedly caused by some wire in the hay or straw These could not have been done by a sharp instrument and I advised the trainer to that effect at the time of the examination I also ex ¬ amined the filly Beck and Call and found no evi ¬ dences of sponging spongingRobert Robert W McCully V S
